I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas where I got my start as a filmmaker with historical documentaries and discovered my love for storytelling through video. I had always had a passion for political action but found my calling to be to create meaningful art instead of working with lawmakers. It meant so much to me getting to see audiences learn about an untold story through a documentary I made and maybe even see themselves represented.   ​   

I am a recent graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA where I studied Film and Media Studies and American Studies. Within these departments I focused on Video Production and Pop Culture. I am passionate about making content that has a social impact beyond just entertainment and increasing the amount of queer representation and gender diverse characters in mainstream media. I am excited to be entering my career within the media industry and to continue working on important stories.
